I Ain't Heavy Father ...

... I'm just PREGNANT!

That's right. We're crazy/smart/masochistic enough to do this again.

I'm still only like two hours along (okay, more like 9 weeks but it might as well be two hours) so I'm currently wandering aimlessly through Yuckville. Honestly, call me spoiled, call me ungrateful, call me whatever you feel like calling me (except fat because I'm a little sensitive about my already-expanding gut), but I'm not going to lie, I HATE BEING PREGNANT. I do. I'm sorry. I just really do.

So on that positive note, stick around until March and you might get to see pics of our new little one!

p.s. Double Jeopardy question, can anyone tell me the reference to my post title? Here's a clue, the original quote is, "He ain't heavy, Father, he's my brother." The first one to get it right gets ... a $500 gift card to Target!! Okay, not really, because you and I both know I don't have one of those "sponsored" blogs. I'm SO not that cool. But what you will get is ... title of "My Smartest Friend," or at least "Best Internet Searcher."

Yeah!! This should be easy now that you've got this mothering thing down. I'm so excited. Good timing to. Winter pregnancies are the best. I have no idea where that quote comes from and I know I won't be googling it anytime soon. I'm not that "smart". I love the ticker that says "only" 217 days left. Just keep that in mind "only". Enjoy it skinny girl.

Awesome new! I am so happy for you. I hope that you don't feel too yucky this go around. As far as the fat thing goes, I could show you a picture of me tipping the scales at 199 lbs. with my
3rd. I looked like fat Monica from friends. But, it's all worth it for a little baby in the end!

Sweet Celia Lou! So excited for you and I hope you have a good friend that is 1 week farther along that can support you through your yuckville and when you eat a ginormous pickle in a bag and want to throw up. Seriously? Why such a big pickle? See you soon, Trac

Cel, congrats! I'm with you on hatin' the whole pregnancy thing. My due date came and went and I'm still pregnant! No fun! Anyway, good luck. Hope you feel better soon! (This, too, shall pass!)

whaaa? You hate pregnancy? How dare you utter such harsh words about the miracle of childbirth? Ha...pregnancy's for the birds.

and I laughed at your friend Traci's post "seriously? why such a big pickle?" lol!!!

and that quote is from some crappy boys school where one brother carried another boy and someone said, "Oh, isn't he heavy?" To which he replied, "He ain't heavy Father, he's my brother!" Ba ba ba BOO-YAH!!!!

That's it. Close the voting. Adrienne won. Although I must say, I don't think the inspirational "Boys Town" is "crappy," per se.

Editorial Note: I did mis-quote the original phrase. It is, "He ain't heavy Mister, he's my brother." Mister, Father, same diff.

Congratulations!!! I too hate-no despise being pregnant, it sucks. All 9 months (or more) of it. BUT on a lighter note, I think this will be your easiest, fastest, most fun pregnancy.......maybe. :)

Congratulations Celia!! I hate being pregnant, well just the first trimester and I am just enjoying that I am NOT pregnant!! You will have to tell me what life is like with three. Maybe someday I will take the plunge (that is if Cam will let me!!!) Take care and it will all be worth it in the end!

That is so exciting! Hope 9 months goes by in a flash... I don't mind the pregnancy part, I could definitely skip the breast feeding though... How dare I say that- I know... It's so "bonding" I hear, but to me, the bonding begins when the breast feeding ends... Congrats!
