Said the tired mom to the grumpy dad ...
Do you hear what I hear?
Way up in the sky, Grumpy Dad.
No song, no song, singing in the night -- we are free from the Christmas delight.
We are free from the Christmas Delight!!
Is anyone else glad that Christmas is over? I mean, I don't mean to be a Scrooge or anything but I'm freakin' exhausted!

YES! That is why I am currently blogging, despite the fact that my house is a total DEE-saster. Also, my kids are running wild. But that's pretty normal.
Christmas takes it out of me!
I am so tired I can't see straight. We went to bed on New Years Eve at 11:00 with ear plugs to drown of the loud revelers.Taking down the decorations is out of the question. Maybe next week! It was fun but kinda crazy. I am sad to see everyone go.
I heart that my mom is a regular blog commenter.
I am not happy that Christmas is over because as a lady with no baby when Christmas is over....Christmas break is over and it's back to the coal mines. Wah!!!

Totally agree- with two kids in tow this was the first one that ABSOLUTELY wore me out! I have getting old! I swear that in earlier years I could have partied all night and still got up with the kids five times in the night without blinking.
We were sad we missed you over Christmas- maybe another day. And Wes even sported his tin man thinking you were going to be there. All that work for nothing.
Hi Celia!
How do you always have the cutest back drops on your blog???
I hope you all had a wonderful New Year's!
Love,
Vanessa (Cole's wife)
